Front Range Compute is a powered-land and data center site in Larkspur, Colorado, being developed by Frost River Capital LLC. Two offers: powered land first, where the customer brings its own pods or containers and cooling, and build-to-suit colocation, air- or liquid-cooled with Tier III design available.

How much power is on site?

About 3 MW of energized utility service from CORE Electric at 480V, outside Xcel's data-center tariff, with existing switchgear and 415/240V distribution on site. Supports roughly 2–2.5 MW of IT depending on cooling and redundancy design.

Can it grow?

Expansion path to about 9 MW via utility upgrade.

What fiber is available?

Two diverse 100 Gbps fiber paths available from Comcast; additional carriers available.

How fast can it be ready?

Ready for service about 6 months from a signed agreement.
